F-Series - for production and pumping of semidry screed
With Installations from the F-series, aggregate, binder, additives and water are precisely dosed and automatically transported to the mixer vessel.
In the mixer vessel, the raw materials and possible additives are mixed and the semidry screed is pumped by air pressure through transport hoses to the workplace. By exact dosing and weighing, a high-quality semidry screed is guaranteed.
S-Series - for production and pumping of liquid mortar
With Installations from the S-series, aggregate, binder, additives and water are precisely dosed and automatically transported to the quick mixer.
The self-levelling mortar is then pumped through the storage mixer by means of a worm pump or a plunger pump in a constant mortar flow through transport hoses to the workplace. By exact dosing and weighing, a high-quality liquid mortar is guaranteed.
P-Series - for production and pumping of insulating mortar
With installations from the P-series, insulating raw materials (EPS/PUR granulate), binder and water are precisely dosed and automatically transported to the mixing and pumping unit.
In the mixer vessel (PF-Type) or quick mixer (PS-Type), the raw materials are mixed to the right consistency, after which the insulating mortar is pumped to the workplace using transport hoses. By exact dosing and weighing, a high-quality homogeneous quality of insulation mortar is guaranteed.
